It is very easy to create a website in this modern web 2.0 generation. The easiest and most practical way is to sign up for a Wordpress or Blogger account. These free services come with easy to install templates, and allow you to easily post articles, pictures, and data.

Most Joomla developers will want to remove the title tag from the home page text where it shows up as an H1 tag on the top of the body/article area.
